I have 46 years of experience in the flooring trade, (carpet, tile, laminate, vinyl) with  the last 16 years of that doing Only Carpet Repair, specializing in residential wall to wall carpet stretched over pad. 

 

I am a one-man operation, doing advertising, books, licensing, scheduling, stocking my truck and communicating with my clients.  The best way to reach me is to TEXT a description and (in focus) pictures of your carpet problem and address, I can give you my rate and any comments. If you like what I have to say, you can schedule me.  I seldom have the time to answer the phone as I am driving or repairing carpet, but I am really responsive to texts throughout the workday, and return voicemails within a day, I check my email almost daily.

 

I only work on one repair at a time and finish it before moving on to the next one, one of my many habits I developed to reduce stress for my clients.  When necessary, I move heavy furniture and move it back...usually at no extra charge.  I am very flexible with weekend and weekday scheduling depending on your needs.
